Issue/Rationale

Issue Rationale for renewals as required per FS 287, DOE 6A-1.01 and School Board Policy

 

a. Smoothie Bid #08-SFS-02.  Contract Period is September 1, 2008 through August 31, 2009.  This is the first renewal. 

 

b. Re-roofing of Shingled Roofs Bid #08-MA-286.  Contract Period is August 22, 2008 through February 19, 2009.  This is the fourth renewal. 

 

c. Electrical Components - Part Two:  Individual Unit Pricing for Ballast & Fixtures #08-MA-290 was awarded March 20, 2008 to World Electric Supply, Inc as the third lowest bidder for Ballast 2T8 lamp & 4T8 lamp.  The bid stated “No Substations” for the electrical Components however the vendor bid an alternate brand.

Extend renewals as follows:
